Requires

Dynaheir, Invoker Adept must be on the battlefield. Drafna, Founder of Lat-Nam must be on the battlefield. Timestream Navigator must be in hand. Encroaching Mycosynth must be on the battlefield. You control at least eight permanents and/or have the city's blessing. Mana needed: each odd-numbered turn, with available each even-numbered turn

Steps

1. Cast Timestream Navigator by paying .
2. Holding priority, activate Drafna's second ability by paying and tapping it, copying Timestream Navigator.
3. When the Timestream Navigators enter the battlefield, if you do not have the city's blessing, they trigger, giving you the city's blessing.
4. Activate Dynaheir by tapping it, copying the next ability you activate this turn that costs four or more mana to activate.
5. Activate the Timestream Navigator token by paying , tapping it and putting it on the bottom of your library.
6. Dynaheir triggers, copying Timestream Navigator's ability.
7. Resolve both Timestream Navigator abilities, causing you to take two extra turns after this one.
8. Move to your first extra turn.
9. Activate Drafna's first ability by paying , returning the nontoken Timestream Navigator from the battlefield to your hand.
10. Move to your second extra turn.
11. Repeat.
