Steps
How does this combo work?
- 1Cast Vadrok for its Mutate cost by paying
, targeting a creature you control. - 2Holding priority, cast Chef's Kiss by paying, targeting the Vadrok spell.
- 3Resolve Chef's Kiss, creating a copy of the Vadrok spell that will target your non-Human creature due to your opponent not controlling any legal targets.
- 4Vadrok's mutate ability triggers, causing you to cast Chef's Kiss from your graveyard without paying its mana cost.
- 5Repeat from step 3.
- 6For each time a Vadrok has mutated on top of this creature, Vadrok's mutate ability triggers, causing you to cast any number of noncreature cards with mana value 3 or less from your graveyard.
