How does this combo work?

2 | When Seasinger's controller controls no Islands, Seasinger triggers, causing them to sacrifice it. |
3 | However, Seasinger cannot be sacrificed due to Assault Suit. |
4 | Seasinger triggers again, creating a mandatory infinite loop that causes the game to end in a draw. |
