How does this combo work?

2 | When Manta Ray's controller controls no Islands, Manta Ray triggers, causing them to sacrifice it. |
3 | However, Manta Ray cannot be sacrificed due to Assault Suit. |
4 | Manta Ray triggers again, creating a mandatory infinite loop that causes the game to end in a draw. |
