Steps
How does this combo work?
1 | Activate Pili-Pala by tapping it, creating a 1/1 Elemental creature token with haste. |
2 | When the Elemental enters the battlefield, Mana Echoes triggers, adding for each Elemental you control. |
3 | Activate Pili-Pala by paying  and untapping it, adding one mana of any color. |
4 | Repeat. |
