Purphoros, God of the Forge must be on the battlefield. Tainted Strike must be in hand. Myr Battlesphere must be in hand. Mana needed:

Steps

1. Cast Tainted Strike by paying , giving Purphoros +1/+0 and infect until end of turn.
2. Cast Myr Battlesphere by paying .
3. When Myr Battlesphere enters the battlefield, it and Purphoros trigger.
4. Resolve the Myr Battlesphere trigger, creating four 1/1 Myr artifact creature tokens.
5. When the Myrs enter the battlefield, Purphoros triggers four times.
6. Resolve all Purphoros triggers, causing each opponent to get ten poison counters.
7. Each opponent loses the game due to having ten or more poison counters.
