Cast Rally the Galadhrim by paying 2 and tapping Timeless Witness and Peregrine Drake, targeting Timeless Witness

Rally the Galadhrim's conspire ability triggers, copying it, targeting Peregrine Drake.

Resolve the copy of Rally the Galadhrim, creating a token copy of Peregrine Drake.

When the Peregrine Drake token enters the battlefield, it triggers, untapping up to five lands.

Resolve the original Rally the Galadhrim, creating a token copy of Timeless Witness.

When the Timeless Witness token enters the battlefield, it triggers, returning Rally the Galadhrim from your graveyard to your hand.

Repeat, tapping the Timeless Witness and Peregrine Drake tokens when casting Rally the Galadhrim instead.
