Steps
- Activate Blasting Station by tapping it and sacrificing Moritte of the Frost.
- When Moritte of the Frost dies, its Persist ability triggers, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield as a copy of River Kelpie with one -1/-1 counter from Persist and +1/+1 counter from its own ability on it.
- Remove both counters from Moritte of the Frost as a state-based action.
- When Moritte of the Frost enters the battlefield, it, River Kelpie, and Blasting Station trigger.
- Resolve the Moritte of the Frost and River Kelpie abilities, causing you to draw two cards.
- Resolve the Blasting Station ability from step 4, untapping it.
- Resolve the Blasting Station ability from step 1, dealing 1 damage to any target.
- Repeat.
