Steps

1. Activate Pyramid of the Pantheon's second ability by tapping it, adding .
2. Activate The Blackstaff of Waterdeep by paying and tapping it, causing Pyramid of the Pantheon to become an artifact creature until end of turn.
3. Activate Voltaic Construct by paying , untapping Pyramid of the Pantheon.
4. Activate Pyramid of the Pantheon's second ability by tapping it, adding three mana of any color.
5. Repeat from step 3.
