3 | Activate The Peregrine Dynamo by paying  and tapping it, copying Tezzeret's ability, targeting Coveted Jewel and The Peregrine Dynamo. |
4 | Resolve the copy of Tezzeret's ability, untapping Coveted Jewel and The Peregrine Dynamo. |
5 | Repeat from step 2. |
