How does this combo work?

3 | Holding priority, activate Meloku by paying and returning Lazotep Quarry from the battlefield to your hand, creating a 1/1 Illusion creature token. |
4 | Resolve the Minn trigger, putting Lazotep Quarry from your hand onto the battlefield. |
5 | Repeat. |
