What do I need to start this combo?
- Vesuvan Shapeshifter in hand.
- Princess Yue and Wormfang Turtle on the battlefield (Princess Yue is not a land on the battlefield).
Steps
How does this combo work?
- 1Cast Vesuvan Shapeshifter by paying its mana cost. Choose to have it enter as a copy of Princess Yue.
- 2Put Vesuvan Shapeshifter into your graveyard due to the legend rule.
- 3When Vesuvan Shapeshifter dies, it triggers, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield as a land named Moon. Choose to have it enter as a copy of Wormfang Turtle, gaining its abilities.
- 4When Vesuvan Shapeshifter enters, its first ability triggers, exiling it.
- 5When Vesuvan Shapeshifter leaves the battlefield, its second ability triggers, returning Vesuvan Shapeshifter from exile to the battlefield. Choose to have it enter as a copy of Princess Yue.
- 6Repeat from step 2.
