How does this combo work?

3 | Activate Urza's first ability by tapping the artifact token, adding . |
4 | Resolve the Stasis trigger, causing you to pay . |
5 | Repeat during each of your turns. |
6 | As long as Stasis is on the battlefield, players skip their untap steps. |
