- Neerdiv has a +1/+1 counter on it. Neerdiv, Devious Diver does not have summoning sickness.

How does this combo work?
- 1Activate Neerdiv using Tidewater Minion's ability by tapping it.
- 2Neerdiv triggers, causing a player to mill cards equal to its power.
- 3Resolve the Neerdiv ability from step 1, untapping it.
