Specimen Collector must be on the battlefield. Cackling Counterpart must be in hand. Altar of Dementia must be on the battlefield. Mana needed:

Steps

1. Cast Cackling Counterpart by paying , creating a token copy of Specimen Collector.
2. When the Specimen Collector token enters the battlefield, its first ability triggers, creating a 1/1 Squirrel and a 0/3 Crab creature token.
3. Activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing the nontoken Specimen Collector.
4. When Specimen Collector dies, its second ability triggers, creating a token copy of the Specimen Collector token.
5. Repeat from step 2.
6. Resolve all Altar of Dementia abilities, causing any number of players to mill infinite cards.
