What do I need to start this combo?
All permanents on the battlefield.
High Tide in hand.You control at least two basic Islands. "Blue" chosen with Gauntlet of Power.

   Steps

How does this combo work?
1
Cast any instant or sorcery spell by paying its mana cost, or wait for an opponent to cast one.
2
Holding priority, activate two basic Islands by tapping them, adding .
3
Gauntlet of Power triggers twice, adding .
4
Holding priority, activate Uyo by paying 2 and returning two basic Islands to your hand, copying the instant or sorcery.
5
Resolve the copy of the instant or sorcery.
6
Activate Patron of the Moon by paying 1, putting two basic Islands from your hand onto the battlefield tapped.
7
When the Islands enter the battlefield, Amulet of Vigor triggers twice, untapping them.
8
Repeat from step 2.

Once you have infinite , you may instead use any other lands you control to get infinite mana those lands produce.
