How does this combo work?

3 | Holding priority, activate Patron of the Moon twice by paying  , putting the three snow lands from your hand onto the battlefield tapped. |
4 | The snow lands enter the battlefield, triggering Amulet of Vigor three times, untapping the snow lands. |
