How does this combo work?

2 | Narcomoeba dies, triggering Mortuary, putting Narcomoeba on top of your library from your graveyard. |
3 | Resolve the Altar of Dementia ability, causing you to mill Narcomoeba from the top of your library. |
4 | Narcomoeba triggers, putting itself from your graveyard onto the battlefield. |
5 | Repeat. |
