Steps

1. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing Murderous Redcap, adding .
2. When Murderous Redcap dies, its persist ability triggers, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield with a -1/-1 counter on it.
3. When Murderous Redcap enters the battlefield, it triggers, dealing 1 damage to any target.
4. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing Murderous Redcap, adding .
5. Activate Transplant Theorist by paying , putting Murderous Redcap on the bottom of your library from your graveyard.
6. Activate Grenzo by paying , putting Murderous Redcap into your graveyard from the bottom of your library, and then putting it onto the battlefield.
7. When Murderous Redcap enters the battlefield, it triggers, dealing 2 damage to any target.
8. Repeat.
