How does this combo work?

2 | When Covetous Dragon's controller controls no artifacts, Covetous Dragon triggers, causing them to sacrifice it. |
3 | However, Covetous Dragon cannot be sacrificed due to its ability. |
4 | Covetous Dragon triggers again, creating a mandatory infinite loop that causes the game to end in a draw. |
