Izzet Chronarch must be on the battlefield. Followed Footsteps must be on the battlefield. Capture of Jingzhou must be in hand. Followed Footsteps enchanting Izzet Chronarch. Mana needed: each turn

Steps

1. Cast Capture of Jingzhou by paying , taking an extra turn after this one.
2. Pass the turn.
3. At the beginning of your upkeep, Followed Footsteps triggers, creating a copy of Izzet Chronarch.
4. Izzet Chronarch enters the battlefield, returning Capture of Jingzhou to your hand.
5. Repeat.
