Steps
How does this combo work?
1 | Activate all mana-producing artifacts you control by tapping them, adding at least . |
2 | Cast Rootha either from your hand or from the command zone by paying  plus commander tax, if applicable. |
3 | Cast Turnabout by paying . |
4 | Holding priority, activate Rootha by paying and returning it from the battlefield to your hand, copying Turnabout. |
5 | Activate Twinning Glass by paying and tapping it, casting Rootha without paying its mana cost. |
6 | Resolve the copy of Turnabout, untapping all artifacts you control. |
7 | Activate all mana-producing artifacts you control by tapping them, adding at least . |
8 | Repeat from step 4. |
