Requires
Rootha, Mercurial Artist must be in hand, or in the command zone. Twinning Glass must be on the battlefield. Turnabout must be in hand. Mana needed: 2 plus enough mana to pay for commander tax, if applicable
Steps
  1. Activate all mana-producing artifacts you control by tapping them, adding at least 4.
  2. Cast Rootha either from your hand or from the command zone by paying 1 plus commander tax, if applicable.
  3. Cast Turnabout by paying 2.
  4. Holding priority, activate Rootha by paying 2 and returning it from the battlefield to your hand, copying Turnabout.
  5. Activate Twinning Glass by paying 1 and tapping it, casting Rootha without paying its mana cost.
  6. Resolve the copy of Turnabout, untapping all artifacts you control.
  7. Activate all mana-producing artifacts you control by tapping them, adding at least 4.
  8. Repeat from step 4.

Infinite ETB. Infinite LTB. Infinite magecraft triggers. Infinite mana artifacts you control can produce. Infinite storm count. Infinite untap of artifacts you control.
