Steps

1. Cast Seething Anger with buyback by paying , tapping Stormsplitter, and tapping Caetus.
2. Stormsplitter triggers, creating a token copy of itself.
3. Seething Anger resolves, giving target creature +3/+0 until end of turn and returning itself to your hand.
4. Cast Seething Anger with buyback by paying and tapping the token copy of Stormsplitter.
5. Both Stormsplitters trigger, creating two token copies of Stormsplitter.
6. Seething Anger resolves, giving target creature +3/+0 until end of turn and returning itself to your hand.
7. Cast Seething Anger with buyback by paying and tapping two token copies of Stormsplitter.
8. Each Stormsplitter you control triggers, creating that many token copies of Stormsplitter.
9. Seething Anger resolves, giving target creature +3/+0 until end of turn and returning itself to your hand.
10. Cast Seething Anger with buyback by tapping four token copies of Stormsplitter.
11. Repeat from step 8.
