How does this combo work?
1 | Activate a creature you control by tapping it, adding at least . |
2 | Activate Elite Arcanist by paying and tapping it, casting a copy of Cerulean Wisps without paying its mana cost, targeting Mirrorwing Dragon. |
3 | Mirrorwing Dragon triggers, copying Cerulean Wisps for each creature you control, with each copy targeting a different creature. |
4 | Resolve a Cerulean Wisps copy, untapping the creature it is targeting and causing you to draw a card. |
5 | Repeat step 4 for each remaining Cerulean Wisps copy. |
