Steps
How does this combo work?
- 1Activate a creature you control by tapping it, adding at least.
- 2Activate Elite Arcanist by paying and tapping it, casting a copy of Cerulean Wisps without paying its mana cost, targeting Mirrorwing Dragon.
- 3Mirrorwing Dragon triggers, copying Cerulean Wisps for each creature you control, with each copy targeting a different creature.
- 4Resolve a Cerulean Wisps copy, untapping the creature it is targeting and causing you to draw a card.
- 5Repeat step 4 for each remaining Cerulean Wisps copy.
