Aurelia, the Warleader must be on the battlefield. Surge to Victory must be in hand. Momentary Blink must be in the graveyard. An opponent is unable to block and kill Aurelia. Mana needed:

Steps

1. Cast Surge to Victory by paying , exiling Momentary Blink from your graveyard and giving creatures you control +2/+0 until end of turn.
2. Declare Aurelia as an attacker.
3. Aurelia triggers, untapping all creatures you control and causing you to get an additional combat phase after this one.
4. Deal combat damage to an opponent using Aurelia.
5. Surge to Victory triggers, casting a copy of Momentary Blink without paying its mana cost.
6. Resolve Momentary Blink, blinking Aurelia.
7. Repeat from step 2 each combat phase.
