Requires
Azor, the Lawbringer must be on the battlefield. Rionya, Fire Dancer must be on the battlefield.
Steps
  1. At the beginning of your combat phase, Rionya triggers, creating at least one token copy of Azor with haste.
  2. Put all but the nontoken Azor into your graveyard due to the legend rule.
  3. The Azor token(s) enters-the-battlefield ability trigger, preventing opponents from casting instants or sorceries during their next turn.
  4. Repeat each turn.
Results
Opponents cannot cast instant spells during their turns. Opponents cannot cast sorcery spells.
