Steps
How does this combo work?
1 | Activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing the creature with Sword of the Realms and Deathrender attached. |
2 | When the creature dies, Sword of the Realms and Deathrender trigger. |
3 | Resolve the Sword of the Realms trigger, returning the creature from your graveyard to your hand. |
4 | Resolve the Deathrender trigger, putting a creature card from your hand onto the battlefield and attaching Deathrender to it. |
5 | Resolve the Altar of Dementia ability. |
6 | Activate Sword of the Realms by paying  , attaching it to the creature that has Deathrender attached. |
7 | Repeat. |
