Steps
- Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Elenda, adding .
- Choose to return Elenda to the command zone from your graveyard.

- Resolve the Elenda trigger, creating a number of 1/1 Vampire creature tokens equal to Elenda's power.
- Resolve the Felisa trigger, creating a number of 2/1 Inkling creature tokens equal to the number of counters on Elenda.
- Cast Elenda from the command zone by paying and commander tax, if applicable.
- Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing a Vampire or an Inkling, adding .
- The Vampire or Inkling dies, triggering Elenda's first ability, putting a +1/+1 counter on it.
- Repeat from step 7 for each remaining Vampire or Inkling.
