Steps

1. Activate Outrider en-Kor by paying , targeting Task Force.
2. Task Force triggers, giving itself +0/+3 until end of turn.
3. Resolve Outrider en-Kor's ability, causing the next one damage dealt to Outrider en-Kor this turn to be dealt to Task Force instead.
4. Repeat an arbitrarily large number of times.
5. Cast Severed Strands by paying and sacrificing Task Force, causing you to gain life equal to Task Force's toughness and destroy target creature an opponent controls.
