Abdel Adrian, Gorion's Ward must be in hand. Phyrexian Delver must be on the battlefield. Trostani, Selesnya's Voice must be on the battlefield. Ashnod's Altar must be on the battlefield. Mana needed:

Steps

1. Cast Abdel Adrian by paying .
2. Abdel Adrian enters the battlefield, triggering itself and Trostani.
3. Resolve the Trostani trigger, causing you to gain life equal to Abdel Adrian's toughness.
4. Resolve the Abdel Adrian trigger, exiling Phyrexian Delver until Abdel Adrian leaves the battlefield and creating a 1/1 Soldier creature token.
5. The Soldier enters the battlefield, triggering Trostani, causing you to gain life equal to the Soldier's toughness.
6. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing Abdel Adrian, adding .
7. Abdel Adrian leaves the battlefield, causing Phyrexian Delver to return to the battlefield from exile.
8. Phyrexian Delver enters the battlefield, triggering itself and Trostani.
9. Resolve the Trostani trigger, causing you to gain life equal to Phyrexian Delver's toughness.
10. Resolve the Phyrexian Delver trigger, returning Abdel Adrian from your graveyard to the battlefield and causing you to lose five life.
11. Repeat from step 2.
