Steps

1. Cast Basking Broodscale by paying .
2. When Basking Broodscale enters the battlefield, Elas il-Kor's first ability triggers, causing you to gain 1 life.
3. Lisette triggers, causing you to pay to put a +1/+1 counter on each creature you control.
4. Basking Broodscale triggers, creating a 0/1 Eldrazi Spawn creature token.
5. When the Eldrazi Spawn enters the battlefield, Elas il-Kor's first ability triggers.
6. Holding priority, activate the Eldrazi Spawn by sacrificing it, adding .
7. When the Eldrazi Spawn dies, Elas il-Kor's second ability triggers, causing each opponent to lose 1 life.
8. Resolve the Elas il-Kor trigger, causing you to gain 1 life.
