Requires

Kaho, Minamo Historian must be on the battlefield. Nexus of Fate must be in exile (exiled by Kaho). Soulherder must be on the battlefield. Mana needed: each turn

Steps

1. Activate Kaho by paying and tapping it, casting Nexus of Fate from exile without paying its mana cost.
2. Resolve Nexus of Fate, taking an extra turn after this one and shuffling it into your library.
3. At the beginning of your end step, Soulherder triggers, blinking Kaho.
4. Soulherder triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on itself.
5. Kaho enters the battlefield, searching your library for Nexus of Fate and exiling it.
6. Repeat each turn.
