What do I need to start this combo?
To Arms! in exile (To Arms! with a kick counter on it in exile).
All other permanents on the battlefield.
Zethi and Aphetto Alchemist do not have summoning sickness. Creatures you control can tap to produce at least 4.

   Steps

How does this combo work?
1
Declare Zethi as an attacker, triggering its second ability.
2
Holding priority, activate all mana producing creatures you control by tapping them, adding at least 4.
3
Activate Lithoform Engine's first ability by paying 2 and tapping it, copying Zethi's triggered ability.
4
Resolve the copy of Zethi's ability, creating a copy of each card exiled with a kick counter of it and causing you to pay 1 to cast the copy of To Arms!.
5
Resolve the To Arms! copy, untapping all creatures you control and drawing a card.
6
Activate Aphetto Alchemist by tapping it, untapping Lithoform Engine.
7
Repeat from step 2.
