Steps

Activate Aminatou's second loyalty ability by removing a loyalty counter from it, blinking Astral Dragon.
Astral Dragon enters the battlefield, creating two token copies of Aminatou that are 3/3 Dragon creatures in addition to their other types.
Repeat.
Once you have infinite Aminatou tokens, you may instead activate their first ability for infinite draw triggers.
