Steps
How does this combo work?
1 | Cast Dance of the Dead by paying , targeting Kor Skyfisher. |
2 | Alela triggers, creating a 1/1 Faerie creature token. |
3 | Resolve Dance of the Dead, returning Kor Skyfisher from your graveyard to the battlefield, and attaching Dance of the Dead to it. |
4 | Kor Skyfisher enters the battlefield, returning Dance of the Dead from the battlefield to your hand. |
5 | Dance of the Dead leaves the battlefield, triggering itself. |
6 | Holding priority, activate Phyrexian Altar twice by sacrificing Kor Skyfisher and the Faerie token, adding . |
7 | Resolve the Dance of the Dead trigger, causing you to not sacrifice Kor Skyfisher due to it no longer being on the battlefield. |
8 | Repeat. |
