Turtle Power!
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles brings along just one Commander deck, dubbed Turtle Power! This five-color deck allows for any combination of Leonardo, the Balance paired up with the titular turtles (and Splinter or April, of course). Alternately, you can select Heroes in a Half Shell as the deck's Commander.
The deck is themed around a number of strategies: Mutant, Ninja, and Turtle Typal, Artifacts matter, Sneak (ninjutsu) and disappear, and Mutagen tokens/+1/+1 counters. Will all these strategies cohere into a functional deck? Experiment in the Playtester to find out!
