Steps
How does this combo work?
1 | Activate Bartolomé del Presidio by sacrificing Woodfall Primus. |
2 | When Woodfall Primus dies, its persist ability triggers, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield with a -1/-1 counter on it. |
3 | Thran Vigil and Woodfall Primus trigger. |
4 | Resolve the Thran Vigil trigger, putting a +1/+1 counter on Woodfall Primus. |
5 | Resolve the Woodfall Primus trigger, destroying target noncreature permanent. |
6 | Resolve the Bartolomé del Presidio ability |
7 | Repeat. |
