   Steps

How does this combo work?
1
Activate Relic of Legends' second ability by tapping Junji and Saffi, adding two mana of any color.
2
Activate Saffi by sacrificing it, targeting Junji.
3
Activate Ayli's first ability by paying 1 and sacrificing Junji.
4
Junji dies, triggering itself and Saffi.
5
Resolve the Saffi trigger, returning Junji from your graveyard to the battlefield.
6
Resolve the Junji trigger, returning Saffi from your graveyard to the battlefield and causing you to lose 2 life.
7
Resolve the Ayli ability from step 3, causing you to gain five life.
8
Repeat.

Once you have infinite life and infinite colored mana, you may instead sacrifice Junji to Ayli's second ability to exile all nonland permanents your opponents control.
