Requires

Vishgraz, the Doomhive must be in hand, or in the command zone. Enduring Renewal must be on the battlefield. Phyrexian Altar must be on the battlefield. Parallel Lives must be on the battlefield. Mana needed: plus enough mana to pay for commander tax, if applicable

Steps

1. Cast Vishgraz either from your hand or from the command zone by paying plus commander tax, if applicable.
2. When Vishgraz enters the battlefield, it triggers, creating six 1/1 Phyrexian Mite artifact creature tokens.
3. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Vishgraz, adding .
4. When Vishgraz dies, Enduring Renewal triggers, returning Vishgraz from your graveyard to your hand.
5. Activate Phyrexian Altar four times by sacrificing four Phyrexian Mites, adding .
6. Repeat.
