How does this combo work?

3 | Activate Tayam, removing the viglience counters, milling yourself 3 and reanimating a 3 mana value or less permanent. |
4 | Sacrifice all three 1/1s to Ashnod's Altar, generating . |
5 | Death's Presence triggers, putting 3 +1/+1 counters back on pentavus. |
