Steps

1. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing Kitchen Finks, adding .
2. Kitchen Finks dies, triggering its persist ability and Sengir's first ability.
3. Resolve the Kitchen Finks trigger, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield with a -1/-1 counter and a vigilance counter on it.
4. Kitchen Finks enters the battlefield, causing you to gain two life.
5. Resolve the Sengir trigger, putting two +1/+1 counters on it.
6. Activate Tayam by paying , removing a +1/+1 counter from Sengir, and both counters from Kitchen Finks.
7. Holding priority, activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing Kitchen Finks, adding .
8. Repeat steps 2-5 one additional time.
9. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing Kitchen Finks, adding .
10. Resolve Tayam's ability from step 6, causing you to mill three cards and returning Kitchen Finks from your graveyard to the battlefield.
11. Kitchen Finks enters the battlefield, causing you to gain two life.
12. Repeat.
