How does this combo work?
1 | Cast Ajani by paying  , which enters the battlefield with eight loyalty counters due to Doubling Season. |
2 | Activate Ajani's third loyalty ability by removing eight loyalty counters from it. |
3 | Ajani dies as a state-based action due to having zero loyalty. |
4 | Resolve the Ajani ability, causing you to gain 100 life. |
5 | Activate Pestilent Cauldron's second ability by paying  and tapping it, causing each opponent to mill cards equal to the amount of life you gained this turn. |
