Steps
  1. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Gixian Puppeteer, adding .
  2. When Gixian Puppeteer dies, its second ability triggers, returning Doomed Necromancer from your graveyard to the battlefield.
  3. Activate Doomed Necromancer by paying , tapping and sacrificing it, returning Gixian Puppeteer from your graveyard to the battlefield.
  4. Repeat.
