How does this combo work?
1
Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Wurmcoil Engine, adding .
2
When Wurmcoil Engine dies, it and Vein Ripper trigger.
3
Resolve the Wurmcoil Engine trigger, creating two 3/3 Wurm artifact creature tokens.
4
Resolve the Vein Ripper trigger, causing you to gain 2 life and an opponent to lose 2 life.
5
Activate Phyrexian Altar twice by sacrificing the Wurm tokens, adding .
6
When the Wurms die, Vein Ripper trigger twice, causing you to gain 4 life and an opponent to lose 4 life.
7
Activate Chainer by paying and 3 life, putting Wurmcoil Engine from your graveyard onto the battlefield.
8
Repeat.
