Steps
How does this combo work?
1 | Activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing Gravecrawler, causing target player to mill cards equal to its power. |
2 | Cast Gravecrawler from your graveyard by paying or 2 life due to K'rrik. |
3 | K'rrik triggers, as well as each creature you control's extort ability. |
4 | Resolve the first K'rrik trigger, putting a +1/+1 counter on it. |
5 | Resolve the first extort trigger, causing you to pay  or 2 life due to K'rrik, causing each opponent to lose 1 life and you to gain that much life. |
6 | Repeat step 5 for each remaining trigger. |
7 | Repeat from step 1. |
