Steps
How does this combo work?
1 | Activate Karn's first loyalty ability by putting a loyalty counter on it, causing The One Ring to become an artifact creature until end of turn. |
2 | Activate The One Ring by tapping it, putting a burden counter on it and causing you to draw a card for each burden counter on it. |
3 | Activate Skirge Familiar twice by discarding two cards, adding . |
4 | Activate Voltaic Construct by paying  , untapping The One Ring. |
5 | Repeat from step 2. |
