Zombie Infestation must be on the battlefield. Doom Weaver must be on the battlefield. Altar of Dementia must be on the battlefield. You have at least two cards in hand.
Steps
  1. Activate Zombie Infestation by discarding two cards, creating a 2/2 Zombie creature token.
  2. When the Zombie enters the battlefield, Doom Weaver's soulbond ability triggers, pairing it and the Zombie.
  3. Activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing the Zombie.
  4. When the Zombie dies, it triggers, causing you to draw cards equal to its power.
  5. Resolve the Altar of Dementia ability, causing target player to mill cards equal to the Zombie's power.
  6. Repeat.
