How does this combo work?
1 | Cast Gray Merchant by paying . |
2 | Endrek Sahr triggers, creating five 1/1 Thrull creature tokens. |
3 | Gray Merchant enters the battlefield, causing each opponent to lose at least four life and you to gain life equal to the life you gained this way. |
4 | Activate Phyrexian Altar six times by sacrificing Gray Merchant and five Thrulls, adding . |
5 | The Thrulls and Grey Merchant die, triggering Pitiless Plunderer six times, creating six Treasure tokens. |
6 | Activate a Treasure token by tapping and sacrificing it, adding  . |
