Varragoth, Bloodsky Sire must be on the battlefield. Unspeakable Symbol must be on the battlefield. Temporal Extortion must be in hand. Repay in Kind must be in hand. Canal Dredger must be on the battlefield. An opponent cannot block and kill Varragoth. Canal Dredger does not have summoning sickness. Mana needed:

Steps

1. Activate Unspeakable Symbol as many times as possible by paying all but 1 life, putting +1/+1 counters on creatures you control Cast Repay in Kind by paying , causing all life totals to become 1.
2. Cast Temporal Extortion by paying .
3. If an opponent pays 1 life to counter it, that opponent's life total becomes 0, they lose the game, and you skip the next step.
4. Otherwise, resolve Temporal Extortion, gaining an extra turn.
5. Activate Canal Dredger by tapping it, putting Temporal Extortion from your graveyard on the bottom of your library.
6. Declare Varragoth as an attacker.
7. Activate Varragoth's Boast ability by paying , searching your library for Temporal Extortion and putting on top of your library.
8. Go to your next turn.
9. Draw Temporal Extortion in your draw step.
10. Repeat from step 7.
