Steps
How does this combo work?
1 | Activate Sol Ring by tapping it, adding . |
2 | Activate Kiora's loyalty ability twice by removing two loyalty counters from it, untapping Sol Ring and Isochron Scepter. |
3 | Activate Isochron Scepter by paying  and tapping it, casting a copy of the exiled card without paying its mana cost. |
4 | Displacer Kitten triggers, blinking Kiora. |
5 | Resolve the copy of the instant card. |
6 | Repeat. |
